Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I unfortunately did not get to interact with the installer, however my father in law did amd said the installer was professional and quick. I have seen the finished product and its very good. Its very quiet, it looks fantastic and it just works. Couldn't ask for more all at a reasonable price.

They are the best!!! From the ordering to installation everything went very smoothly! The garage door looks great and we couldn’t be happier! The spring on our old garage door broke 2 weeks before our new one was scheduled to be installed, they came out and got it working and didn’t charge us anything! If you are thinking about getting your garage door replaced call them! We special ordered sandstone it was no extra charge!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I requested a quote online and received a response almost immediately, the fastest of any company I contacted. Their pricing was very competitive, lower than others in the area, and scheduling was flexible to fit my availability. Jason arrived exactly on time and called ahead as promised.
At first, he seemed a bit impatient when I asked about the torsion spring types and pricing differences, but after clarifying that I was just trying to understand the options, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His professionalism and experience quickly showed, and I appreciated his honesty and expertise.
Jason completed the entire job, including adjustments and full lubrication of all hinges, in under 30 minutes. The door now operates perfectly, and I’m impressed by his efficiency and skill. The price and warranty were excellent, and I highly recommend both Jason and Overhead Door Company of Springfield to anyone needing garage door service.

Overhead Door of Springfield came in with a very good bid, an excellent analysis of what we needed, carefully helped us select the right product, and the installation was absolutely wonderful! Besides all that— the doors are beautiful and operate so smoothly you never know when someone gets home.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent around $11k for an above quality garage door and just at 1 year old it’s developed a bubble and the hardware is faded!
I DO NOT BLAME OVERHEAD DOOR in fact, they are doing all they can to help correct the issue and it is much appreciated
